On tour with Dropkick Murphys, Clutch hit the chilly Bluestem Amphitheater stage in Moorhead, MN.
Having 25 plus years under their belt, the four piece has developed the perfect blend of interaction and catchy riffs to hold the attention of an audience. Clutch are rock and roll storytellers. Their music is a narrative driven by heavy hitting instrumentals. They have a way of keeping an engagement from start to end, playing their set loud and proud. There is throbbing bass beats, grungy guitar and even a cowbell! Frontman Neil Fallon never stops moving the whole set lists. He gestures to the listeners while he sings as if he is trying to sell something, but they’re surely already hooked. Their set was the perfect length with a great mixture of tracks from throughout their career such as their opening number from 2018, “How to Shake Hands” to 2004’s “The Mob Goes Wild”, and 2007’s “Electric Worry”.
